Training is at the heart of STUDIO BACH's concerns. Each year, training is provided to employees thanks to partnerships with organizations that offer training solutions adapted to the building trades: management, improvement of working conditions, limitation of risks, safety, etc. Safety is also a daily concern. In addition to regular training, action plans are implemented in the field such as the annual investment plan in safety equipment (shoring tower, guardrail, scaffolding, etc.).
